Account email, salted and hashed password, session details, and the records you manually choose to enter. Data is stored in a U.S.-jurisdiction Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare processes related security and operational logs. Please use fictional or nonsensitive test information only until a full production security and legal review is completed. Do not store sensitive tenant, financial, health, or identification records.
We do not sell submitted workspace records. Data is not shared with other account workspaces intentionally. To request account and record deletion, contact support@propertyhandsfree.com. Account email verification and password reset are not available in this beta; use a unique password and a reachable email address.
Services are provided for evaluation, as-is, without guaranteed availability or fitness for any particular property management, accounting, or legal purpose. Back up nonsensitive records using CSV exports. No specific launch or future paid product is promised.
